Search is shifting. Processes are changing. Both right now.
Search is becoming conversational, multimodal, and closer to the decision. What once required pages, reviews, and comparisons can now resolve inside one answer. At the same time, processes that changed over years now change in weeks. This calls for a double read: understand where AI shapes discovery and decisions, then make the company more adaptive without losing control.
[ Visibility side ]
People receive summaries, comparisons, and recommendations, not only links. If AI engines do not recognize your brand as a credible source, the answer forms elsewhere.
[ Execution side ]
The advantage comes from choosing the right problems, delegating verifiable work, and measuring whether the process actually improves.
Discovery
AI-generated answers make some sources visible before the click.
Decision
Generative comparisons shift trust, shortlists, and competitor perception. And the choice is starting to run through agents that compare on the user's behalf.
Operations
Teams need to turn AI experiments into workflows with ownership and metrics.
Every service starts from a conviction. Not from a service catalog.
Not abstract principles. The way I frame each area before proposing anything.
AI Visibility Intelligence
“If AI cites a competitor, you did not lose a ranking. You lost a recommendation.”
AI Product Visibility
“A catalog should not only sell. It must explain itself clearly enough to be recommended.”
AI Strategy & Integration
“AI strategy starts when you stop looking for tools and choose which problem deserves a new process.”
Agentic Execution Lab
“A team does not really learn an agent until it delegates real work and reviews the output.”
Creativity
“Creativity is not producing more ideas. It is seeing the problem more clearly and building a system that did not exist before.”
How AI reads
“AI does not orient itself around isolated keywords. It looks for coherence across entities, sources, and positioning. That is where a brand gains or loses credibility.”
Adaptive company
“The advantage is not predicting everything. It is building processes that change faster than assumptions.”
Measurement
“If it does not compare a baseline with a new measurement, on the same question and against the same criteria, it is not a loop. It is a report.”
Governance
“An AI workflow without stop criteria, review, and ownership is not autonomy. It is operational risk.”
AI changes how you're found and how you work. I measure the first. I build the second.
Two problems companies usually tackle separately. One method: make external signals readable and turn AI into internal work that can be verified.
Visibility or execution: every project starts from a real case and leaves something usable. A map, an asset, a workflow. The same method, applied to whichever side matters most for you.
One sequence, five movements.
Problem first, tool second. The same method under every project: understand what matters, build the smallest useful system, and leave control plus verification criteria.

I read signals.
I build systems.
Eighteen years reading how people choose: in telecommunications, luxury, and e-commerce. Creaitivo is where that reading leads. I translate AI change into solvable business problems: what AI sees of you, and what it can do for your work. No overhead, no intermediaries.
IT diploma, statistics degree. That technical foundation runs through everything: in telecommunications I learned to read behavior at scale, millions of transactions with no margin for ambiguity. In luxury I learned that a weak signal matters more than a complete report. The detail is where the decision hides.
After the corporate stretch: Shopify e-commerce, Meta Ads, Google Ads. Years working with real budgets and results to deliver every month. In late 2022 I understood that execution capability had found its right territory. AI was opening a space that required someone able to combine technical depth with operational speed. I chose to orchestrate the machine rather than be subject to it. Creaitivo was born in early 2025.
Two things, connected. First: I measure how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, and Google AI Search read your brand and products. What they cite, what they ignore, where they pick a competitor instead. Not a score: a map of where you're losing recommendations before the click ever happens.
Second: I design the workflows your team uses to work with AI in real conditions. Concrete use cases, integrated processes, lightweight governance, verifiable outputs. I build them with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code and Google Antigravity on real cases, not demos. Not a course: a real case taken to result.
Not two separate services. Two questions to the same expertise: what does AI see of you, and what can it do for you.
Creaitivo comes from the Italian word for 'creative' (creativo), with [AI] at its center. Not as decoration, but as a position: human creativity turned into readable, measurable, repeatable systems.
Creativity is not producing more ideas. It is seeing the problem more clearly, choosing what matters, and building a system that did not exist before. AI matters there: it does not replace judgment, it carries it into workflows, agents, and verifiable signals.
Every project carries this DNA: the at-scale execution of AI agents and the strategic judgment of human experience, one inside the other. cre[AI]tivo.

Frequently asked questions.
The questions that help decide where to start: brand, products, strategy, or operational work with agents.
Using AI is not enough. AI needs to understand you.
I analyze real visibility, products, and processes to build content, strategies, and workflows that AI can read, cite, use, and verify.
Tell me what you have in mind. In 48 hours you'll know where to start.
The automated preview is only a first signal. I prepare the useful read myself: I review your case and tell you which problem to tackle first across visibility, products, processes, or team.
